Network sponsors are firms that provide funds to cover the costs of organizing and running the meetings. They also provide mentorship and assist in pre-screening. These sponsors are:

Angel sponsors are angel investors (they need not be VANTEC members) who are keen to help entrepreneurs connect with other angels through the VANTEC network. Please see: Additional information for Angel Sponsors.

The New Ventures BC organization and annual business competition also provides substantial prize money and valuable assistance to startup entrepreneurs to help them in getting ready for angel investors.

The Vancouver Enterprise Forum is a monthly networking event that gives entrepreneurs, investors and service providers and opportunity to meet and learn from one another.

The Angel Forum provides entrepreneurs with an additional opportunity to present to angel investors. These meetings are usually all-day events held approximately twice per year. They are also attended by a broader audience including VCs and investment bankers.
